When your body needs more focused attention, Deep Tissue Massage offers a targeted treatment designed to work more deeply into areas of persistent tension and tightness. Using slow, considered movements, precise focus and firmer pressure, the treatment works progressively through the layers of muscle and connective tissue, encouraging muscles to release patterns of held tension and helping restore a greater sense of ease and freedom of movement. Your 60-minute treatment can be focused around the areas that need it most — whether that’s tension through the neck and shoulders, tightness across the back, or tired, overworked legs. Deep tissue massage can help to ease muscular tension and stiffness, improve mobility and flexibility, support circulation and recovery, and relieve the discomfort associated with tight or overworked muscles. Focused, purposeful and completely tailored to you, this is the ideal treatment when you want to give a particular area of your body the time and attention it needs. Your appointment time includes consultation, treatment, and a few quiet moments at the end of your massage. The full address and arrival details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy Full payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. I completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice. With more than 24 hours' notice, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund of the treatment price. If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, your payment will be non-refundable. If you're unwell Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, particularly if you have symptoms of an infectious illness. If you become unwell within 24 hours of your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. In these circumstances, I will usually be happy to transfer your booking and payment to a new appointment, rather than apply the usual late cancellation charge. This is offered at my discretion and may not apply in cases of repeated late cancellations. I appreciate that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances do happen, and these will always be considered with understanding. If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered the choice of rearranging your treatment or receiving a full refund. Thank you for understanding that, as a small independent business, late cancellations and missed appointments can be difficult to fill.
